Made with grapes bought-in from Güney in the province of Denizli in the Aegean Interior. Lemony green in colour with a tight, rather restrained nose offering golden apples and hints of floral scents. Medium weight on the palate with matching acidity and good, pure aromatics. Like many Vinkara whites there is a marked astringency and particularly in this one, some warmth by the end.

Yellow colour. Nondescript nose, a hint of passion fruit with banana edges. The palate attacks with a spritz that I don't want to find in a Chardonnay; acidity is at the lowest acceptable level, there is no mid-palate to talk about and no finish. A disturbing bitterness at the end mellowed somewhat with air. Mediocre and no value for the 9€.
