  PNP. Cork perfect. Color is dark straw. Surprisingly youthful. Still has some RS but the acid keeps this in check. Loaded with fruit. Finish impeccable. Definitely one of my better Garagiste purchases. Sadly my last bottle because I think that this has at least a decade left in the tank. Yum

  Killer mature Auslese, but maybe not even fully mature, it is a beautiful golden straw color, most 30 year old whites are not so youthful in appearance.
  
  Aromas of honeysuckle, sweet caramelized grapefruit, apricot, yellow peach.... Rich and full on the palate, smooth and silky texture, subtle pithiness and gorgeous delicate honeyed tones, beautiful core of citrus to offset the sweeter flavors. Long on golden fruits and subtle honey and dried flower notes, the pithy character persists nicely as well.

  Gift from Mark. This estate is located in the town of Ürzig and owns 5.5 hectares of vines. 8% alcohol. I believe this was a late release wine from the estate and sold by Garigiste. Solid pristine cork. Obviously recorded or corked at a much later date by the winery. Not as dark as I would have expected from a 25 year old wine. Some light petrol notes with spiced pear and apple notes. The sweetness was closer to what you would expect from a spatlese level wine and this had moderate acidity. This can be held a while longer. 89 points.

  CWM gathering with VinT (Adelle's): Courtesy of VM. Light, almost youthful, color. Peach and orchard fruit notes with a nice petrol element too. Nice balancing acidity with a stony minerality in the finish.

  Cork perfect. color straw. nose w streak of grapefruit and lychee, secondaries, and some spice. palate in great harmony. there is some RS still hanging in there, and this can go another 5-10 I think. really a treat
