  In a pizzeria in Regensburg, Germany. Clear dark red. Lovely fruit smell. Very new world. However, thankfully NOT an overextracted, uncontrolled nasty. Very nice fleshy fruit, some acid.Sweet. Slightly frankincensey. Lovely with pizza. Good value. I had the same wine again the following night (the pizzeria was damn good too).
