Drank with friends. Held up very well. Great example of a Washington Cab Franc. L'Ecole has been making wine for years but feel like folks are still discovering Walla Walla area and its excellent variety of wines.

Clear appearance, deep intensity, ruby color. Nose has Med+ intensity, aromas of oak, pencil shavings, raspberry, cherry, blueberry. Palate shows dry sweetness with medium acidity, medium tannin, and medium alcohol. The body and flavor intensity are both Medium+. Pencil shavings, tart cherry, raspberry, and vegetal all show on the palate. This wine has great mouth feel and has very well balanced fruit, acidity, and tannin. The 30+ second finish is amazing. Excellent example of what a cab franc should be! Drink soon.
