  Pear going to citrus and nice light oak - was surprised with the light golden straw clear color as this was unfined and unfiltered. Ours was served a little too cold at Roy's in Woodland Hills ($105) but opened up nicely after time on the table away from the ice. Toasty nose and flowers. Would try again
