  Definitely at it's peak, or perhaps even slightly past it. But still delicious. Shows what a mature Aussie Shiraz can deliver.

A gorgeous wine that shows just hints of age, yet wonderful harmony and no real extra fat. This is not that massive, over-the-top palate coating Shiraz. Immediate, sweet floral essence comes to the nose along with a hint of the massive blueberry that will attack your palate as you enjoy the medium finish that has no heat (13.5% alcohol). I would love to see how this wine tastes after an hour open, but there is just no way it's going to last that long. A.
