I love this Zinfandel! Lots of fruit, rich, dense, intense and with a long persistence and aftertaste! This was the 3rd bottle I had; I have to buy more!

A nose of black cherry and some spice, dark garnet in color. A medium to full bodied red, with black cherry, raspberry, some chocolate and spice on finish, a good value. www.winelx.com

They got this one right, this is what Zin is supposed to taste like. Most of those around the $10 price lack the authentic, pure, upfront, juicy red and dark fruit this one shows. Really nice dark red color. The nose is jammy with plenty of fruit, some oak and alcohol. The palate is Zin lovers paradise. Big fruit, close to, but not exactly jammy or flabby. Rich mouth feel for a thin skinned grape. Nice lash of oak which combined with a little bottle age hols things together in harmony.

Shelly liked it. Too much vanilla sweetness for me. Over-extracted.

Strong hint of fennel. Also tart but lacked any body.
