Made with outsourced grapes from Güney, Denizli. No use of oak. All 'Doruk' series retail at around 7,50-€ which is a fair price considering Turkey's own market set.
This pale, lemony green wine shows a conflicting nose and palate. The clean, opulent nose is charming with scents of daisies running along sweet lemon and a touch of tropical fruit. There is an overwhelming bitterness on the palate that also starts surprisingly flabby, though recovering fast by the mid palate but missing the aromatics of the lovely nose.

Açık pirinç sarısı renkli bu şarap oldukça tipik bir burna sahip.Kedi çişi,passion fruit gibi klasik sayılan aromalarla beraber gelen nektarin,yeşil limon aromalarını kireç gibi mineral tonlar takip ediyor.Orta gövdeli,hemen atakta başlayan ve bitişe kadar kendini belli eden asidi dengeleyen yeterli meyva konsantrasyonu olmamasına rağmen,canlılığını korumayı başarıyor.Bitiş kısa-orta.
