This bottle had a Lactobacillus contamination; it tasted like a lambic Pinot Noir, and was cloudy. Having said that, I must state that I liked the wine (I'm a big fan of Lambic beer), but my wife did not. This was (I think) only our second flawed bottle of Windy Oaks, and we have consumed many of these. It was also our last bottle, as our inventory has finally expired.

Not ready yet, not by a long shot. Shows potential (grapefruit, rhubarb, tamarind, and plenty of exotic floral character on both nose and palate), but at this stage, somewhat acidic and shy, even after a long decant. Will be Burgundian in its prime. Murky, not clear. Might have a Lactobacillus contamination, but this will be a Plus with enough years in bottle.
88 now, but probably a 93 after an appropriately long sleep. Give this one another 10 years before opening.
Edit: improved along an exponential curve at the end. Stretching toward that 93, maybe 94. You have to like drinking on the rustic, expansive, lactive-Belgique-old-world paradigm to like this one.....folks who drink Meiomi will spit this one out. But this is my type of Pinot. Will be a Cathedral bell-ringer when it's ready. Wow!
