  • Brick red, slight brown at the edge. Some red fruits in the nose, tannin bouquet. Ripe fruits, little bit harsh tannins. Medium finish. Below my expectations. Maybe an odd bottle.

  • Brown-Red colored. Nose of balsamico, wet earth, cigar box, pepper. Red fruit with tertiary aromas (spices, mushrooms) on the palate. Very well integrated tannins.

  • Already at the beginning of his drinking window and will be there maybe for 5-10 years. PnP, it jumps out of the glass and seems to need no decanting. Nose of crushed stones, fresh, red pepper, herbs and dark meat, a little bit of liquorice, complex. On the medium to full palate it continues with a mix of crushed stones, pure minerality, red pepper and red fruits. Very BDX-like. (CS/ME) . Very dense, pressure on the palate and lasting long. I tasted it 3 times since 2017 (every 2 years) and you could taste the development. 2017 it was good, fruity, approachable. In 2019 it was closed, not showing his potential. Now it springs out of the glass with complex aromas and should be close to his best phase....
