  This wine, along with 7 others, was enjoyed while visiting my daughter recently.
  
  While a part of me wanted to take copious notes on each wine and do reviews on them all, I think once you see the wines and their quality, you’ll understand why that was just not necessary, it would also be time that would be taken away from enjoying the wine and the moments spent with family. Let me assure you all, that every one of the wines was spectacular, even the 19-year-old Champagne, whose bubbles had little left, but nonetheless showed brilliance and age-worthiness.

  This is the estates top bottling. Pale straw color. This has really filled out since I last had it 6 years ago but still youthful. Solid bead. Doughy biscuit notes with candied apple and pineapple. Full bodied and a creamy texture. I think this is at it's peak and showing wonderful depth and graceful aging. Drinking absolutely great. 97 points.

  Appearance: Bright and clear, it has light lemon-green color, with watery rims, fine and consistent bubbles, and legs.
  Nose: Clean, with medium intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of green apple and pear, autolytic notes of yeast and toast, floral notes of acacia, mineral notes of stony. The wine is developing.
  Palate: Dry with high acidity, the wine has medium (-) alcohol and light body, showing medium (+) intensity flavors of green fruit of apple and pear, citrus fruit of lemon, floral notes of acacia, autolytic notes of yeast and toast. The wine has a medium (+) finish.
  Conclusion: Very good quality blanc de blancs with a reasonably intense nose showing good complexity, the wine has a great freshness and elegance, with crisp acidity and a finesse that is highly enjoyable, with good concentration on palate as well as a fairly long finish. Ready to drink now, it can further develop for another 3-5 years.
