My first bottle of 2018 and wow! what a way to start the year. This is a full body pinot, though not like a Belle Glos that border syrah/cab. This was a full throttle Pinot with lots of what you expect from a Pinot but somehow amplified. This was a one of kind bottle I picked up on sale for $38, at this price point it was a true bargain. I believe the current vintage sells for $70. Still worth it.
