  Popped and poured at fridge temp. Oh no, waited too long with this one. It’s still drinkable, quite ok, but definitely past its peak. On the nose we have yellow fruits with a touch of sherry, feeling a bit tired. On the palate, the fruit is starting to fade, not as rich as it was a few years ago, touch of sherry here as well. Glad I didn’t wait any longer with this, it’s over for this wine.

  Popped and poured at fridge temp. Very nice yellow fruit on the nose, yellow apple, bit of mellow apricot, and a touch of sweet oak. The palate follows with delicious yellow fruit with a nice dose of sweet oak. I just like this kind of wine, really tasty, full bodied, yet with good acidity.

  The wine looks yellow colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit. It tastes like grapefruit, apricot and pear. The body is medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

  A very solid wine. No real oak to taste. Solid citrus and apple flavors. Lacks a little acid or mineral to make the finish more interesting. A good food wine.

  Dans l’appellation Limoux ce Chardonnay se tient droit comme les Pyrénées dont le nom du domaine fait référence à son sommet avec ses neiges éternelles. Un vin blanc sec moyennement fruité et corsé qui laisse ses notes fruitées et florales se manifester en olfaction.
  Le vin est agréable en bouche avec des saveurs de poire, de camomille et un peu sur la minéralité. Un vin sous les 25$ qui permettra de remplacer les chardonnays californiens un peu trop lourds.
