  I really like the nose on this, dried strawberries, Pinot grapes and dried herbs show for me an hour after opening. The palate is really pleasant, light texture leads into strawberry and cherry fruit flavors that roll over into tart, almost grapefruit-y sort of finish. There is a fair amount of fruit left over in the finish along with great acidity and ample but balanced tannin. The flavors in the finish remind me a lot of the grapefruit peel and red tea as well. Anyway, I opened this after work because I really needed a glass of wine and this fully delivered. Really nice wine for the money.
