  Golden color, round citrus flavor at the end. Starts off creamy, finishes with citrus.

  Lighter golden color. Nose: lemon/lime curd, white peach, baked green apple, and pineapple core with accents of vanilla wafer, orange blossom, baking spices, toasted hazelnut, dried maple leaf, and brioche. Medium/full body on the palate: lemon curd, pineapple core, baked green apple, and white peach framed by vanilla wafer, tangerine zest, baking spices, hazelnut, and clove. Medium+ acidity. Lingering citrus zest, hazelnut, baking spices, and clove on the moderate/long finish. Superb balance. Classy fruit and oak. Pair with sole meuniere, whole baked chicken, creamy cheeses, or white bean cassoulet. Drink over the next 3 years.
