  • Clear, deep ruby red colour.

A clean, medium+ nose of wild forrest berries, esp blackberry, some floral Notes, licorice, and a touch of vanilla.

The palate is low acid, medium+ tannin and medium- body wild forrest berries and a medium finish.

A really interesting bunch of flavours. Quite tannic on opening but softened quite a bit a few hours with air. Very good quality imo, and was fantastic with lamb loin for lunch.
