If you're looking for a wine with a mouthful of fruit, or oak, or both, move on, this isn't it. Having said that, I like it for what it is, which is a very light-bodied wine that's more akin to sucking on seashell than anything else. Would be fine on its own on a very hot day, or, better still, in the company of fresh clams or even oysters. Minerals, sea breeze and plenty of fresh, steely acids; very dry. 12,5% abv.
Served non-blind.
