  Medium gold color. Nose of soaring marine air, apple core, grapefruit, alpine flowers. Layers of granny apple, citrus, ethereal creaminess, and steely spine on the elegant and quietly aristocratic palate. Exquisite acidity. Long finish of white pear, tart apple and tensile white stone. Gorgeous and almost royal.
