  Solid again. Black raspberry and sour cherry... with a hint of smoke and earthiness... a great nose... with a little more bright red fruit on the palate. Good acidity keeps it tasting well through a medium finish. More Old World than New World style. Very good QPR... one of the best pinots at this price point (Dierberg is another contender for those honors). I'm a fan - just scouted up another case.

  PNP - Very enjoyable. Deep, dark red fruit in the nose... black cherry, earthy.... palate follows, with nice complexity of some floral notes and spice. Good acidity, nice medium finish. Stood up well to roast pork pairing. So good, I tracked down more... and it was now on sale!
