Very high acid. Like 13.9% high. Nice tropical fruit and mineral notes, that would make for an enjoyable wine with raw bar and seafood, but the acid just really overdoes it for me.

Would have picked rousanne in a blind test. The acidity kept this wine together. The body has gained some weight in a couple years. More full than I remember. White flower. Lemon. Tropical. CA needs more producers growing the right varietals in the right places with the right skills, just like tablas creek and this wine in central ca.

Wines At Our Table; Week of February 15th, 2015; 2/9/2015-2/15/2015: Pale yellow-green color with restrained pineapple, lemon, and a hint of white flower aromas. On palate, it's medium-bodied with fantastic acidity and pronounced pineapple, lemon, sweet spice, and mineral flavors that belies the nose. Lingering finish.
