  Consistent with previous note. Pale, quite unevolved on the nose, mineral, slightly floral. Mineral, alfado and a surprisingly weighty texture in the mouth. By the second evening, a little nose open and rounded, bust still quite taut. Good and no hurry.

Minerally, slightly limey, classic Chablis, slightly rounded but no sign of more honeyed flavours. tastes surprisingly young. Just about ready but plent of life left. Lacks the grip and intensty of a GC but spot on for its 1er status. Now and for another 5 years or so.
