  Pine, herbs, apple cider. Rustic, but still nice to drink. Rich in flavor, but not high alcohol. Enough tannins that it really needs some food to show well.

  Well-made and typical skin-contact white from the borderland between Slovenia and Friuli. Complex nose with grapeskin aromas of heather and bog myrtle, american hops, juniper wood, apricot, honey mead, and liquorice. Harmonious on the palate, not harsh, with lots of flavour, soft skin tones and fresh enough acidity. Biodynamic grapes, natural yeast, 4-10 day on the skins, 12,5% alcohol, 6,8 grams of acidity, 0,9 grams sugar, 10 mg/l sulfites. €16 @ Slowenien-Weine.de. It's fun to have an orange once in a while!
