Green to yellow in the glass, with a few years of age starting to show. The nose shows almondmeal and granny smith apple, the palate is showing some complexity from extended lees contact and a few years in the bottle, in particular there is white peach and lemon peel that plays well with the fine bubbles and balanced acidty. The wine finishes with a slight buttery complexity. Review Link - www.winereviewer.com.au (drink by 2012)
