  Baptizing the glasses for Valentine's Day. A beautiful Sauv. Blanc that's best served just below cellar temp. Straw yellow in the glass with generous legs. Citrus, freshly harvested hay and wet stones in the bouquet. Lemon and lime pith with grapefruit and lime juice on the palate. Clean, refreshing finish. A great effort. Drink now.

  Peach, lemon, and pineapple on the nose. Slightly effevescent, with medium depth of fruit and great balance. Deftly walks the line between tropical and grassy styles, but clearly on the ripe side of things. Well done.
