Visuel: Rubis violacé intense, tirant vers le pourpre.
Olfactif: Arômes de mûres, configure de fruits noirs,note de fumée, chêne, un peu d'alcool.
Gustatif: Liqueur de mûres, boisé affirmé, touche de fumée. Bonne acidité, pratiquement sec, assez corsé. Légère chauffe avec ses 14,5%. Un peu trop dans le style cuit mais bien dans l'ensemble. Définitivement nouveau monde.
