Light purple-cherry color. Nice nose of cherries, loam, hard spices. Smooth and light-bodied on the palate, with delicious acidity that is not tart. Finishes well with a touch of tar and light grip. Delicious is the key word here, earthy and delicious.

Another interesting wine from these folks. 12.2% alcohol Grenache. Light vaguely hazy crimson. The peppered cherry allows this to show more of a "normal" Grenache character but offered in a light easy drinking drink now style. Medium finish. Quite fruity.

Very clear light Ruby to the eye. Light strawberry and some green pepper to the nose. Fruit and mineral palate. Nice crisp acidity. Light on its feet. Shortish finish. Overall not what was expected from a Grenache. Leaning to what the AFWE is looking for. Burgundian.
