Soirée Jura (Restaurant Madame Hu, Hamburg): Medium golden yellow. As opposed to my last bottle, the oxidative notes are stronger now, yet it's easy to find the way beneath them, then it's very earthy, there are notes of Cointreau and orange zests as well as orange blossoms. On the palate with strong acidity, very bright and clean, expressive. Earthy-lemony finish, quite long.

Medium golden yellow. Dried fruit in the nose, figues and apples, nuts, only light oxidative notes. Mouth filling, very direct, clear, salty in the long finish. Absolutely marvellous, this is an oxidative wine for people who don't care much for oxidative wines, it won't scare them away.

A modern oxidatif chardonnay, perfect for beginners to get to know the "jura-oxidatif-style", way too easy to drink than those of the best Jura producers
Pale yellow, mid-body, creamy look. Classic oxidatif nose of curry, nuts, yeast and integrated oak No aggressive acidity, that makes it easy to drink now without waiting many years to integrate. Interesting effort worth the price
