  100% Pinot noir en biodynamie.
  Beaucoup d’alcool au nez, le fruit se révèle avec l’aération. Arômes fermiers… Le fruit rond évolue vers le sirop pour le rhume aux cerises… Pas pour moi.

  Rubis plutôt clair avec disque qui commence très légèrement a briquer.
  Au nez, animal, cuire, cerises, un peu de canelle.
  En bouche, fruits rouges croquant, bonne dose d'acidité, frais. Rappel la bourgogne. J'aime bien.

  Un vin surprenant tant par la souplesse de ses tanins que par ses arômes: premier nez musqué (avant carafage) et floral (lys) assez intense. Bouche souple et légèrement fuyante portée par le fruit (cerise, framboise) puis par la terre humide et la bette à carde, le cuir et un long retour sur le fruit rouge tendrement acidulé. Un vin élégant et rafraîchissant, sans la moindre astringence et au profil typiquement bourguignon. En biodynamie. 87+
  Update: au 2ème soir, bien meilleur équilibre général des arômes, note animale s'est dissipée... magnifique. 88+

  This light, old school Pinot Noir from Loire showed fascinating aromas of red berries, flowers and earth.
  
  The taste follows the nose and leaves mineral impression. Good acidity and modest tannins are in balance. The finish is tasty and quite long. Excellent pairing with duck breast.

  Perhaps the primary charm is fading just a little bit? Still a very pure expression of red-fruity pinot noir without any oak, made in a natural style. Fully dry and slender-bodied, with great balance, transparency and drinkability. Should keep for two or three years.
