  Signorello Estate is pleased to offer this Big Rock Cuvee, the Cabernet Sauvignon component in its flagship wine, PADRONE. PADRONE, named in memory of Pierre Birebent's father, comes from hand-selected fruit from their extremely rocky hillside estate vineyard with yields of a mere one-and-a-half tons per acre. This Cabernet has resulted in flavors of great concentration and complexity and will drink well in the near-term due to its rich, ripe fruit. I will also lay it down over the next 20 years. This wine is dedicated to Pierre Birebent's father Raymond Signorello, Sr., whose life was as full of character as his wines. Cheers!
