  Sur ce millésime, le sauvignon parait mûr, laissant une sensation de résiduel (2-3 g ?), sans pour autant paraitre pataud ou lourd: les aromes sont délicats, floraux, sur le pamplemousse, salins. Surtout la finale vous fouette le palais avec une acidité à la fois subtile et incisive.
  Finalement j'aime assez cette richesse ciselée portée par des raisins concentrés (cette année-là et l'âge aidant) mais mis en tension par un terroir acidulant et salivant.

  Fresh, vibrant and mineral. Perfect for the hot weather this weekend. Citrus, freshly cut grass and stony. Quite good.

  A touch stinky and reduced on opening but it quickly blows off to show generous, balanced aromas of tropical fruit, gooseberry, lemon, mineral and seaweed. Fresh and shimmering, good tension. Medium bodied on the palate with good mouth watering acid, ripe fruit, a hint of green, good extract and balance. The finish is a little simple and short but it is clean. A good Sauvignon Blanc and a great alternative to Sancerre. Though, I prefer the old label.
