  Appealing bouquet of herbs, spice, and wax. Off-dry to ever so slightly sweet, good concentration, medium body, clean, with very good acid. Mostly straightforward, with a touch of nuance.

  A unique wine. Had with grilled shrimp. Was an OK match. Wine probably better suited for fruit and mild cheese.
