  Wonderful, elegant, balanced and savory, this is in a perfect drinking window now and will keep drinking well for another 6 - 8 years. Aromatic nose of ripe raspberry, black cherry and a bit of undergrowth. On the palate, the wine is again very savory, with ripe red berries and a bit of licorice. There is some structure left, but the tannins are very smooth at this stage, and the wine has ample acidity. Bravo! (80% old vine Grenache and 20% Mourvèdre).
