  Disappointing. Not sure if it was flawed or just way past its prime. Very muted fruit, not a lot of spice, and maybe some bitterness on the finish. The nose was nice. I've had other Rochioli Pinot Noirs that were more than 8 years old and they seem to age well, but this one was shot. Fortunately, I had one of Rochioli's 2014 single vineyard Pinots in the wings as a backup!
