Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Color: Ruby core with a salmon meniscus
Smell: Faint hints of black pepper lead into pungent notes of smoke interwoven with dark fruit notes and bloody & dried beef.
Taste: Blackberries, blueberries, white pepper, and slight red fruits linger along a medium length finish.
Overall: Outstanding!! Medium body, high acidity, med+ fruit, and med+ tannin. This is a wine that seems to hide the structure, yet there's no denying that this is a wine that could blossom into something with more patience and time in the cellar. Buy with confidence if you like French Cabernet Franc or N. Rhone Syrah.
