  Taste: full bodied, medium+ tannins, medium acidity, plum, black cherry, clove, other spices, dark chocolate, smoke, rustic, lacking juiciness

  Drank this wine with my best friend from the University days at Boutique Wine Cellar today.
  
  Wine is exceptionally smooth. Made of 70% Montepulciano and 30% Sangiovese, there exists a delicate and harmonious balance between the fruit and energy. Sweet red fruits on the palate with a beautiful long finish. Lush on the palate with notes of vanilla, cheddar cheese and oak.
