A delicious medium-bodied red. Decanted 1 hr. ahead. Medium red-berry color with a touch of dark orange. Nice nose of black pepper, cherries, cranberries, earthy tones. Bright on the palate, with tea flavors along with black fruits in the background. Lively acid balance in a medium body, very pleasant. Finishes with drying light tannins. A thoroughly good bottle that could take a few years of aging. I wish I had more.
