  P&P, at refrigerator temp. Delicious, crisp, apple and strawberry flavors, with underlying mineral and rocks. A tad softer than I recall previous tastings, so I'm happy I opened it when I did. Fantastic pairing with sharp white cheddar cheese.

  Delicious strawberry fruit, sizzling acidity and a gorgeous nose. Great stuff!

  - Salmon color - Nice and crisp rose'. Hints of grapefruit over the Grenache. Nice acid balance to pair with a salmon caesar.
