  Opened and decanted 2 hours ahead of mushroom-gravy pork chops and mixed veggies. Cloudy, crimson-purple with a ruby hue in light. The aromatic nose brings silky lavender, forest floor, pine needle, dried bark, and cherry blossoms. The palate is medium-light, square, juicy, and hard, bringing red cherries, raspberries, blackberries, huckleberries, and plums, with assorted cloves and Manhattan bitters on the tannic finish. Drink 2021-2027. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.
