  Green apple, candied lemon peal, herbs and spice. Quite oaky but it worked well with this wine. Medium to full bodied with great underlying acid, great tension and a slightly oily texture. 50/50 chardonnay/sauvignon. Not a style I usually drink but I really enjoyed it.
