100% Blauer Wildbacher, biodynamic viticulture, selective harvest, partially destemmed grapes, 3-4 hours of skin contact, spontaneous fermentation and malo, one year in used 500-liter oak. No added so2.
A new dimension of rosé. Seriously mouthwatering - imagine a merry mélange of ripe strawberries, blood orange, liquorice, and frizzante mineral water. Great freshness, purity, energy and vivacity. So happy to have found this!

Colour now more orange than pink. Beautiful and light on its feet as usual. Refreshing acidity, mineral sensations and fading fruit. Drink up.

Rootstock 2014: Meaty/bretty aromas. Very sweet palate with a bitter edge. Ick.
