Honey and vanilla in the nose, with pear, peach, vanilla, and sweet apple on the palate. The oak is pronounced with a slight minerality in the finish which lingers nicely to a butterscotch reminiscence. This wine would probably score higher for me if I could stand its richness a bit more which seems to have increased with age. Perhaps the acid is fading a bit. I'd drink now before the acid fades any more. Surprisingly tasty with grilled ahi, feta, kalamata, cherry tomato arugula salad. The sweetness balanced out the saltiness rather well.

This is staring to lose its crispness just a bit. Still great peach and honey notes with wet stones, but it is becoming a bit fatter and heavier. Drink up.

Wow! Holy basket o' peach. Great acid made this a terriffic food wine. Mineral and stony notes. Overall just plain lovely. Looking forward to future releases.

Fruit really came out on the 2nd glass. Nice honeyed peaches, wet stones, lanolin mouthfeel.
