  This seemed rather oxidized initially, but with(in) 60+ minutes of air it really started singing! Pretty good as a nightcap, too. 14.24% stated ABV.

  Solid Scholium white. Kinda funky nose (as I was expecting) with typical spicy Gewurtz notes on the palate and some slight minerality on the finish. Drinking pretty well right now without any heat poking through, but no concern at all with holding these longer. Out of 500ml
