Nutty but just ok as a sipper. Was testing for a Thanksgiving wine but will stick to a Riesling or Sauternes. Turned out an excellent Chicken Madeira though.

As I've said before, this is a Verdelho that has far more sweetness than a Verdelho should have. But that sweetness allowed this wine to be a great pairing with the BBQ spare ribs I did on my smoker.
