MNB: Alcohol in Whites (Home (Noe st)): (blind) Medium gold color. Sweet and strong frizzante. Medium intensity aromatics, orange and lemon soda - sweet and citrusy. Slight grapefruit (thiolic notes). A little development - bruised lemon, dried orange. No obvious autolysis.
Low alcohol - 5% (close - 5.5%) Sweet - around 30g/L RS Medium plus acid light body clean finish - lemony and sweet, no bitterness.
Charmat/transfer method sparkling wine. Cleanly made, tank ferment.
Laterals: - Moscato d'Asti - would have terpenic notes. - Vinho Verde - would be 10-11% alcohol and higher acid, lower sugar.
Final call: a faded/old Moscato d'Asti, 2013. Guess: vietti.
Still very good!
