Apparently Bacchus is a hybrid of Muller-Thurgau/Silvaner-Riesling hybrid. The acidity of the Riesling and peachy aromas of Muller-Thurgau definitely come across in this wine. Similar to Muscat, but drier. Overall very fresh and aromatic; however, the effervescence on this is verging on secondary fermentation.
