  A nose of peaches, grapefruit, and a smoky minerality leads into a medium bodied and high acidity palate. You get flavours of peach,pink grapefruit and a leesy stony earthiness. The finish is medium. Let this wine breathe and will develop that characteristic earthy minerality, and the acidity is offset by the wine's relatively full body.
