Very interesting and just shy of the wrong side of oxidation. Aromas of jazz apples fresh lemon star fruit. Palate is tart and earthy. Lemon, tongue coating lemon curd, creamy(malo indicated) stones and mushrooms, tongue coating. Malo evident- bread. Although the acid comes through strong, the nutty sherry like oxidation was clearly in the background. Bone dry stony finish.

Gold color, needed time to warm a bit in the glass and then an expressive nose of apple pie, minerals, hints of peach. Still alive with good balance and a medium finish.

Wonderful burgundy. Balance is great, minerals, tart citrus fruits, and buttery notes with a hint of oak. Crisp and comkex a the same time. Good stuff.

Medium-Light Yellow. After 15 minutes of open time, which it clearly needed: Nose of granny smith apples, white flowers, and a bit of toasted bisquet. Lovely balance in the mouth, with a light creamieness and good acid at the medium length finish. Stored at 55 since release.
