It’s always great to get a wine from the Miner Family Vineyards. Known as the wine of presidents, Miner wines have been honored to be on the menu at six official presidential dinners. That’s the definition of carry weight, right there.
Tonight, we are sipping on the 2013 Miner Family Sauvignon Blanc. It is blending very well with grilled Tilapia, stir-fried spinach, and gnocchi. This crisp Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is fermented and aged in stainless steel. There is the aroma of stone fruit and freshly cut herbs, followed by grapefruit-melon flavors.

Nicely perfumed nose. Pale green gold color. Light bodied but nice texture for a SB. Lemon zest apricot(on the nose) and green apple. Bright acidity and a nice smooth finish. I really liked this with my lobster avocado salad. Delicious and recommended.
