Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 80 points

  • Mahogany brown to brown rim. Showing plenty of age with forest floor undergrowth, mushroom and stewed to overripe sticky fruits. A ferric oxide quality, which proceeds in the mouth. Reasonable wine but tiring and going nowhere. Some interest still with typical bright acidity protruding into the mouth typical of Portugal and sinewy tannins, but more for interest than fun.
