  Nose: subtle, very fresh, sea breeze, apple, brioche
  Taste: small elegant bubbles, medium- acidity, intense, creamy texture, lots of apples, just a hint of vanilla on the finish, deep cava, balanced and very good, I agree with Jeffyboy "the quality of champagne but the personality of cava"

  Beutifuly, light golden coliur with loads of noble bubbles. Nose: subtle, lemon, bread crust, rather fresh and deep. Taste: full; ripe apples, peaches; dry bit oily finish. Elegant, well built, nice pearly structure but not aggressive. Great cava - the quality of chamapgne but the personality of cava, you cannot make a mistake.
